Shipping policy
1. Shipping Destination
We currently ship exclusively to the United States. Orders with shipping addresses outside of the United States will be automatically canceled and refunded.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, shipments may be slightly delayed.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Please be advised that we do not provide individual tracking numbers or automated shipment confirmation emails once an order has been dispatched. Our logistics are optimized for standard delivery, and all orders are handled by our trusted carrier partners. 4. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

5. Damages and Missing Packages
FITABLE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.
